Immersive, interactive exhibition for Merlin Entertainment at Sea Life, London

We were contracted to deliver show control, technical design and installation using new technology for a Frozen Planet exhibit at Sea Life, London. Merlin Entertainment partnered with the BBC Earth’s series Frozen Planet for the development of a Walk-Through Attraction within the Sea Life Center in London.
BBC Earth’s aspiration was to deliver a more immersive experience of their Frozen Planet series. The attraction featured several engaging experiences including augmented reality, interactive displays, soundscapes, interactive ice walls and feature displays. The experience delivers a vision of polar landscapes, sea life and wildlife, through technology and theming.

LCI were commissioned by Sharp Cookies as the AV design and delivery partner for the project. LCI developed the vision and worked with Sharp Cookies media team and theming partners to create the attraction. One of the key exhibits is a large format augmented reality experience featuring life size Polar Bears and Orca Whales.
